What we did
We organized an interactive dialogue session with KLM marketers, product managers and our industry experts (thanx Cisco and Ericsson!). Together we discovered new technological and business model possibilities using mobile data broadband. Our visualisers outlined the service requirements and helped KLM make a frog leap forward in their service design.
